Get Involved

BEG is a group of local volunteers who are part of the Sustainable Southville Project (recently re-named Sustainable BS3).

We promote community energy projects and energy savings locally.

To kick off 2013 with renewed energy and enthusiasm, we’ve lined up the following events:

• Tobacco Factory Market
  We will be at the market on two Sundays in February 2013 offering information and energy-saving giveaways.
  Date: Sunday 17th and Sunday 24th February 2013
  Time: 10am – 2:30pm
• Community Information Event
  Windmill Hill City Farm are celebrating volunteering with a day of activities profiling current volunteer-led projects and Bedminster Energy Group will be there giving honest, independent energy advice.
  Venue: Windmill Hill City Farm
  Date: Saturday 9th March 2013
  Time: 10am – 3pm
• Volunteer with Bedminster Energy Group
  Event Aim: We are looking for local people interested in joining our group and getting involved in local energy campaigns.
  Venue: Tobacco Factory, Green Room
  Date: Thursday 21st March
  Time: 7- 8:30pm
